DESCRIPTION
A light mousse with 2 vanillas (Madagascar and Tahiti), a juniper cream, a Yuzu/black cherry/Japanese Gin jelly, a soft pain de gênes with Amalfi lemon and a Breton vanilla sablée at the base.
