The Gourmet Box contains:

• Vaccherosse 500g. Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse – 24 months. The red cows of Emilia-Romagna produce rich and creamy milk. The combination with Coriander honey will give a perfect touch of sweetness to balance its intensity.
• Semi-mature Ragusano DOP, approximately 120g. This stretched curd cheese is produced with milk from native Sicilian breeds following rigorous traditions. It has a compact but elastic consistency, with a delicate and slightly spicy flavour. For an even more delicious combination, enjoy it with Erica honey.
• Semi-cooked Pecorino from Orgosolo, approximately 250g. This cheese, produced with sheep's milk, is matured for a period of time ranging from 3 to 6 months, resulting soft and creamy on the palate. Excellent combined with clover honey.
• Goat blue approx. 250g. This cheese with a unique and enveloping flavour made with goat's milk; it has a creamy paste with blue-greenish veins, which give an intense and spicy aroma. For an unforgettable tasting experience, try accompanying it with acacia honey.
• Coriander honey 40g. Fairly intense aroma, slightly reminiscent of the spice from which it derives; sweet and refreshing aroma with a final note of coconut.
• Heather honey 40g. Medium intense, fresh smell, reminiscent of caramel, coffee powder, chamomile, saffron. Medium intense and persistent aroma of toffee, tamarind, liquorice.
• Clover honey 40g. It is a rare honey with a very delicate aroma and flavour, vegetal and white flowers, on the palate it gives a sensation of freshness, delicate, reminiscent of ripe banana and milk candy.
• Acacia honey 40g. It's a honey dal very pale, floral scent, delicate, refined and pleasant aroma of sugared almonds and vanilla, of sweet almond, not very persistent when tasted.
