DESCRIPTION

A very crunchy Sicilian pistachio shortcrust pastry encloses a creamy Sicilian pistachio ganache, on a veil of Amalfi lemon jam, a cascade of fragrant fresh strawberries and a few dots of cream made with 2 Madagascar and Tahiti vanillas.

INGREDIENTS
  • Pistachio Sablée: WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER (82% fat), Sicilian PISTACHIOS (23.50%), granulated sugar, freeze-dried EGG white, lemon, salt, Madagascar vanilla
  • Pistachio ganache: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, possible presence of NUTS, SOY), PISTACHIO paste (100% PISTACHIOS from Sicily), glucose syrup (sugar derived from starch, water), edible gelatine (100% pure edible granular gelatine, GLUTEN-free)
  • Lemon marmalade: Amalfi lemons (60%), granulated sugar, gelling agent: pectin NH, salt
  • Strawberries
  • 2 vanilla cream: MILK, EGG YOLKS, granulated sugar, CREAM, rice starch, pectin X58, organic Madagascar vanilla pod, Tahitian vanilla pod.
