DESCRIPTION

Pastiera as per Neapolitan tradition: shortcrust pastry rich in butter and vanilla, filling made with cooked wheat, candied orange and orange blossom water. Fragrant and delicious, enriched by the warm tones of vanilla pod.

INGREDIENTS
  • Shortcrust pastry: WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER (82% fat), granulated sugar, icing sugar, ALMONDS, pasteurized EGGS, lemon, salt, Madagascar vanilla.
