DESCRIPTION
The Viola Regale colomba is made with a very high-quality wholemeal flour, rich in fibre, characterised by the presence of natural purple pigments. This colour is due to anthocyanins, antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties that make the product more digestible for those with gluten sensitivity. Anthocyanins also give it a LOWER glycemic index than a traditional flour.
The Viola Regale 1 kg dove is filled with wild strawberries and candied lemons, glazed with white chocolate (coloured) and decorated with three dried violets.
