Left to age for over eighteen months in oak barriques, this distillate takes on the characteristics of color, perfumes and aromas typical of a Riserva, highlighting spicy, toasted and dried fruit hints. It is at this point that the Grappa di Barolo meets the sensorial charm of American Bourbon Whiskey, with the aim of creating a unique and surprising marriage: the distillate highly representative of Piedmontese dry grappas is in fact transferred into barrels previously used for the ageing of Bourbon Whiskey.
