Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine Milano represents the conjugation of traditional Japanese cuisine with the best Mediterranean ingredients. Within its special 6-course tasting menu you can find the best proposals for a one-way trip to the East:
- Mixed sashimi : sashimi (tuna, salmon, sea bass with Wicky's ponzu sauce)
- Seared Salmon : lightly seared salmon accompanied by pressing of soy, mustard, apples, chives and salads
- Angus carpaccio : Angus fillet accompanied by soy sauce prepared with Champagne vinegar, Banylus, creamy Wicky sauce, sake, salt, extra virgin olive oil and black pepper
- Sushi Kan Wicky's brand special : 8 pieces of nighiri abuse
- "Magica" : sea bass fillet served with lemon and soy flavored Champagne and white wine sauce
- Wikakuni Kyoto : typical Japanese piglet boiled for 16 hours according to the Ryutei Kaneki technique, caramelized apple and mustard
INSTRUCTIONS TO TASTE THE DISHES AT THE BEST
Heat to a temperature of 130°C, leaving them in their box, but without the lid. If you don't have a conventional oven, the microwave is fine. In this case the dishes must be heated for about 3 minutes at a power of 300 W. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CONSUME THE TASTING MENU ON THE SAME DAY OF THE DELIVERY.
