My name is Matteo, I'm 38 years old, and this year I wanted Chiara's return home to be something she would never forget.

One evening, while scrolling through social media, I saw an advertisement for Deluxy: images of flowers, champagne, and cakes delivered in white gloves. It immediately caught my attention. I clicked, went to the website, and there I found the new "Sweet Returns" collection: it seemed made just for my situation.

I decided to buy Chiara the product that, in my opinion, would leave her most breathless: a romantic setup with balloons and a bouquet of pink roses, as well as a Polaroid photo of our vacation, taken together two weeks earlier.

The valet arrived a few hours before Chiara's landing to prepare the surprise: the room was decorated with pink heart-shaped balloons, scattered everywhere, and a large bouquet of pink roses on the bed.

Seeing her open the door and find herself in front of that dreamlike scene was priceless. Arranging it with a Deluxy concierge, I also planned a second gift: as soon as she entered the house, already very excited, another valet, in white gloves, would arrive with a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket and a personalized cake with the words "Welcome home Chiara".

We toasted, cut the cake, and laughed a lot, happy to be together again. I have to say it was the best comeback ever, and Chiara's joy fully confirmed it. It will be difficult to top this surprise next time, but I know that with Deluxy we'll surely be able to exceed any expectation.
