A historic shop since 1966, Martesana has been writing the history of Italian pastry making for over fifty years thanks to the tradition and very high quality of its products and the careful selection of excellent raw materials used in every phase of the process, from the dough to the fillings, right down to the decorations.
Panettone, Venetian and colombe are the most iconic creations, to which are added fresh pastry proposals, such as layered cakes and miniature cakes, artisanal pralines, hand-carved biscuits, double yeast croissants and the reinterpretation of two great classics of the Italian tradition of morning: the Roman Maritozzo and the Salento pasticciotto.
Alongside its sweet production, Martesana is also recognized for its savory offerings, with which in 2018 it won the award as Best Savory Pastry in Italy from Gambero Rosso.
