Gloria's Easter
On the occasion of the arrival of Easter we want to share with you the story of Gloria, a girl who turned to our experts during this period last year.
As soon as our expert answers the phone she hears that Gloria is a little worried on the other end and tells us that she hasn't been able to find a ticket to go home: from those words our consultant immediately understands that this is a very delicate and listens to Gloria's whole story.
In the time spent on the phone Gloria tells us her whole story, how as a child she played in the park, how much she loved making clothes out of fabric for those cute dolls that her mother bought for her and how they used to eat together as a snack of chocolate, which in fact had become Gloria's favorite dessert, and of how, after many years of study and sacrifice, she had managed to become such a good clothing designer that she was called to New York.
As soon as we heard Gloria's story, our consultant immediately understood where the problem was, little Gloria had grown up and left her country to follow her dream, but at that very moment, as Easter approached, a holiday where the family and the loving exchange of chocolate gifts reigns supreme, Gloria was starting to feel homesick and had tried to reach her mother to eat some more chocolate together, but she hadn't been able to find a way to free herself from work to be able to reach.
So, our expert decided that she would make Gloria's mother feel all the warmth that she would have wanted to give her, she proposed a splendid surprise: an Easter egg made of the finest dark chocolate with a handwritten letter in which she was able to express full of all her love towards her mother who had always supported her, and then to make this gift even more magical she had a doll placed inside the egg like the ones she played with as a child.
After a few days, Gloria called us again to tell us in an emotional voice that her mother had received the gift and that she had never expected such a beautiful surprise.
This story reminds us that every gift we wrap and deliver is actually a small gesture with a great meaning.
